Being a spiritual person is synonymous with being a person whose top priority is to love yourself and others. They are not bogged down by expectations, assumptions, hatred, resentment, extreme desire, or attachment to things and people.

They have done the work and know how to connect to the source of energy that permeates all their thoughts, actions and feelings. You can be spiritual if you really get in touch with your anger and channel it into something positive. You can be spiritual just by enjoying a simple day at home with your family and watching the birds peck at the bird feeder in the backyard. A spiritual person finds no comfort or comfort in speaking ill of others or spreading gossip about them. Spirituality has become a kind of buzzword in today's culture, especially for millennials.
